Stadium Power provides custom, standard and off the shelf power supply products from a dedicated design and manufacturing centre in Norfolk, UK.

Products include AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, battery chargers, programmable power supplies and EMC Filters designed and manufactured to international standards including EN, IEC, CSA and UL.

History

Stadium Power has grown both organically and by acquisition.

Acquired by Stadium in 1997, Daren Electronics was renamed Stadium Power.

Further acquisitions include:

- KRP Power Source, a leading distributor of power supply products was acquired in 2006

- Ferrus Power, a leading manufacturer of custom power supplies was acquired in 2007

- Fox Industries, a specialist manufacturer of EMC filter products, was acquired in 2008

Opto Electronics

Working with major OEMs worldwide we have extensive experience in power solutions for applications such as Xenon lamp, deuterium lamp, CW lasers and LED arrays. Dedicated approval engineers provide full support and safety certification documentation.

Offshore Sourcing

Offshore power supply manufacture from Stadium’s China facility provides a cost effective solution in medium to high volume production.

Following the acquisition of Fox Industries in 2008, Stadium Power provides a comprehensive range of EMC filter products designed and manufactured in the UK:

Fire & Security EN54

Products for the specialist fire and security industries range from power supplies incorporating battery chargers for standard applications such as access control, to full EN54-4 power supply solutions for fire panels.

Medical

Specialising in the supply of power supplies to the medical industry where quality, reliability and traceability are critical requirements, Stadium is competent in design and manufacture to UL/EN/IEC60601-1.

Product applications include power supplies for laser equipment, dentistry, endoscopy, nerve stimulation, neonatal ventilation and blood analysers. ISO13485 for the manufacture of medical devices is in place.

Custom Solutions

Specialist power supply engineers provide design and development for all sector requirements. The inhouse team offer both UK and Asia based engineering support with full approval and documentation support.

Product development for Stadium standard power supply products including specialist LED lighting power supplies, medical solutions to EN60601-1 and  fire and security to EN54.
