Quick-Turn Facility

Quick-Turn production facilities play an important role in meeting lower volume orders and urgent customer requirements. This is why Stadium has created a dedicated Quick-Turn production facility at the Hartlepool EMS plant that runs autonomously from the rest of the manufacturing site, providing access to SMT equipment, and delivering fast turnaround prototyping or low volume production. The objective of the Quick-Turn facility is to offer a fastrack service to customers, meet their urgent demands and scheduling requirements, whilst ensuring that regular EMS production schedules are not interrupted by urgent requests. This enables Stadium to react quickly to customer’s demands and reduce time to market for new products.

The Stadium Electronics Quick-Turn facility is run by highly skilled engineers dedicated to fast turnaround quotations, electronic design and test engineers, PCB assembly and box build personnel with support staff in purchasing to manage the flow of materials for the facility. Flexible shift patterns in the Quick-Turn area are offered to meet customers’ often challenging deadlines.
