Aviation
Stadium is signed up to SC21 a change programme designed to accelerate the competitiveness of the aerospace industry by raising the performance of its supply chains. International competition, together with the challenges posed by the Defence Industrial Strategy, necessitates rapid improvement in the effectiveness of UK supply chains. At the same time UK industry must ensure that it delivers competitive solutions for customers whilst maintaining profitable business growth. Projects include Human Machine Interface (HMI) solutions for light aircraft transponder and HMI backlit systems for commercial aviation seat controls.

Transport Infrastructure
We also provide design and build solution for transport infrastructure applications including variable messaging incorporating LED technology installed in train stations and electric vehicle charging points. Project examples include Siemens Mobility HMI for onboard train communications and electronics assembly for electric vehicle charging points.

Medical
Our comprehensive design and build capability includes electronic, mechanical and software design, PCBA, test, full product assembly, power supply design and manufacture, HMI assemblies, capacitive displays and touch screens. Our portfolio serves diverse medical applications including medical devices, instrumentation, control solutions for mechanical equipment, laboratory monitoring, scanning machines, electrotherapy products, ventilation equipment, hospital bed controls and theatre lighting.

Enhanced production facilities have significantly expanded our capability in this sector. We operate a class 10K clean room is in operation and ISO13485 approval for the manufacture of medical devices and we also offer design expertise in power and expert knowledge of the EN60601-1 3rd edition requirements.

Project examples include a 400W power supply for neonatal ventilator, lamp ballast power supplies for hospital surgery lighting, PCB assembly for electrotherapy product supplied to the NHS and membrane keypad interface for hospital bed controls.

Emerging technologies
Stadium is a leading manufacturing service provider in emerging and green technologies and products that feature innovations in efficient lighting, water and energy management. Project examples include design, PCB assembly and box build – dual sourced from our UK and Asia facilities for smart water meters.

Security & Defence
Stadium provides electronic technology solutions to the security and defence industries including remote monitoring, security barriers and access control systems.

Stadium provides interface solutions for marine bridge control systems and projects include the Queen Mary II.

Lighting
Stadium delivers high reliability LED-based lighting projects including PCB assembly for variable messaging signs with a unique automatic LED lens placement line and the design and manufacture of LED drivers.
