1911 Etienne & Co formed as an importer of plastic products for the automotive market
1929 Etienne & Co renamed Stadium Ltd.
1940 Became a pioneer of early plastic injection moulding processes through diversification into manufacturing.
1980 Acquired EDA Sparkrite, an electronics manufacturing business.
1991 Acquired Keland Electronics Ltd.
1996 Stadium Group flotation on the London Stock Exchange. Acquisition of Quest Consumer Products.
1997 Acquisition of Beales Hunter plc including Daren Electronics. Daren Electronic renamed Stadium Power.
2000 Acquired Arlec Power International Ltd and its manufacturing facilities in Dongguan, China. Arlec re named Stadium Asia.
2001 Strategic review of portfolio and Group re organisation: Focus on Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) and Power supplies; Stadium Plastics Ltd sold in March 2002.
2006 Acquisition of KRP Power Source, a specialist distributor of power supplies.
2007 Acquisition of Ferrus Power a specialist manufacturer of custom power supplies.
2008 October – Acquisition of Fox Industries Limited a specialist manufacturer of custom power
supplies and EMC filter products.
November – Acquisition of EMS provider Zirkon Limited
ISO13485 achieved for the manufacture of medical devices (both UK and China facilities)
2010 Sale of Non Core Branded Plastics Business
2011 Centenary year
2012 Acquisition of IGT Industries and positioning as a leading electronic technologies group
