Stadium Group plc confirms, ahead of likely press speculation, that it is in talks which may or may not lead to the sale of its Plastics division, comprising Stadium Building Products and Quest Consumer Products. The talks are at an advanced stage and employee consultation regarding the possible sale is under way.
